Hi! I’m Maggi Komin, and I’m passionate about helping people feel their best through balanced nutrition and overall wellness. With a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Montana State University and hands-on experience working with clients of all ages, I believe that personal training and nutrition go hand in hand to create real, lasting health improvements.

I’m all about a holistic approach — focusing on sustainable lifestyle changes that not only improve how you eat but also how you move and feel in your body. I love working with clients to boost their strength, confidence, and energy while helping them build habits that fit their unique lives.

And here’s the thing — I’m definitely not a nutrition “police” who bans sweet treats. I believe in balance. Our gut produces serotonin, the “feel-good” hormone, and sometimes a little sweet treat is exactly what we need to keep that happiness flowing. I’m a big fan of whole foods, but I also know that enjoying life’s pleasures is part of true wellness.

My goal is to create an inclusive, supportive space where you can reach your nutrition and fitness goals without stress or guilt — just real, enjoyable progress that makes you feel good every step of the way.
